Overview

Orders and prices
Prices are in GBP and [include / exclude] VAT. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we confirm it by email and dispatch your item. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price has been shown incorrectly, and if so we'll refund you in full.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card or the other methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Product use and health
Our massager is for general relaxation and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the manual before use. Consult a doctor before using it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have a health condition affecting your neck, shoulders or circulation. Stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort.

Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for things we cannot lawfully limit, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law
